To use another hub list, open up File -> Settings -> Downloads. DC++ will only use one hub list at a time, but you can specify several in case one list goes down. DC++ has the most secure and reliable hublists preconfigured by default. One of the benefits of using DC++ is the ability to switch the hub list that is downloaded.
